You can also add additional ball diameters.</div><div><ul><li>Ball Diameter</li><li>Pad Size Reduction (Adj. +/-)</li><li>Tolerance (Pad Var +)</li><li>Pad Size Rounding</li><li>Solder Mask +/-</li><li>Paste Mask +/-</li><li>Courtyard Excess +</li></ul><div><img src="uploads/3/BGA_Opti&#111;ns_2026-07-02_08-06-39.png" height="542" width="736" border="0" /><br></div></div><div><br></div>]]>
