Start with the Chip Calculator and then move the part to FP Designer to add Pin 3 (the middle pad). 

In FP Designer select the Pad Stack Manager and then "New" to create a new pad stack. 

Save to FPX in the Finish tab.

Hello, 

I want to create the EMIFIL chip 3 terminal capacitor footprint for Murata NFM18PC225B1A3 in Library Expert Enterprise Edition.

can you tell me what surface mount category I should start with? 

I can't seem to see anything that would work.
