This is not possible to make with Library Expert. 


1. The lands are Rectangular. Only Square or Circle are offered. 
2. The pin count in the LGA settings isn't allowing for 4 pins x 2 sides + 3 ins x 2 sides = 14.

Looks like a Pullback Quad Flat No-Led (PQFN) package rather than an LGA.

Yep, it's a simple PQFN - Pullback Quad Flat No-lead component family per JEDEC and IPC.

Yes it works in the PQFN category. I was thrown by the datasheet calling it an LGA.
