What PCB Model should we use to  create Footprint ?

Is it  “MELF)”?  Correct or wrong, 

please add more details foe how to select Model fo cases like this

The Leadless Package is Metal Electrolytic Leadless Face (MELF).

The Leaded Package is Axial Lead.

So for  all fuses when it is Surface mount, it be MELF
When through hole it be Axail
is this correct  for all or there any odd cases for that fuses project?
