I am making footprint for LM3886 (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm3886.pdf). Attached is my footprint expert setting:  And here is the picture of the actual part:  You'll note that the odd pins are further away from the body of the device, unlike the generated footprint. Unfortunately TI have not provided a recommended footprint for this package (package code NDA0011B), so I can't just use footprint Designer. Is there a way on the TO220 to swap which pins are furthest from device body?

That worked for the footprint although the 3D model looks very strange. Not a problem, as I was able to find that thru TI's site. |
