Hi,

For OrCAD Editor: when running the .bat file to create a new PCB footprint, the incorrect OrCAD Editor version is being brought up and hangs (need to have 17.2 come up; 17.4 is coming up instead. I have both installed on PC). I have been only using 17.2 in the past and everything has worked well! I recently added 17.4.

In the troubleshooting using the helpful "Allegro-OrCAD PCB Import Instructions.PDF" suggestions, it is mentioned :
"2. Are There Multiple Versions of Allegro Installed?
a. Is the PATH pointing to the correct version?"

Where can I check this 'path' info? I looked over my PC's "environmental variable" settings but could not find a PCB Editor path setting?

Thanks,

Danny

Look on the last three pages of the PDF Tom posted.
That's where the path variable instructions are. You'll need to restart your computer afterward.
