Hi to all,

I updated to PCBL 2022.04 and when I created a footprint for a small transistor (Vishay-SI1012CR)

I got the next message:
- Pads were trimmed to clear the body.
- Gang Mask Applied

I understood the message because the height A1(the min distance from the body to the pcb) was 0.0

I need help with the second message because I do not understand it... why?

I tried to attach a pic of it...

Thanks for you time and help.

Regards,
dramos

Gang Mask is when you violate the minimum solder web rule.

You can change this in "File > Options > SMD Pad Stack Rules > Minimum Gang Solder Mask Web > 0.075".

By changing this value to 0.00 you turn off the feature.

You are correct. The error message should not say "Gang Mask Applied".

This is a bug, and we'll fix it in the next V2022.05 pre-release.

Dear Jeff,

Sorry for the late reply, I am writing from Spain.....

The data I used was taken from https://www.vishay.com/docs/67519/si1012cr.pdf" rel="nofollow - here

I hope you used the same for analysis.

Thanks and regards.
