Hi to all,

I am using PCBL 2022.02 and working with a SOIC-8; when I create the component in Altium, running the script, the mark for pin1 doesn't appear in the STEP.

Is it configurable? I exported the demo footprint for SOIC/SOP (SOP24P65) and the mark appeared...

What I could be doing wrongly?

Thanks for your help.

Best Regards,
dramos

V2022.03 is available with new features and 15 bug fixes.

The 50-mil pitch SOIC that was introduced in the 1980's has a Chamfer all along the top edge in the side where Pin 1 is.

The Dot Polarity Marker did not come out until the metric pitch SOP's.

This is how you can tell the difference between a SOIC and SOP.

Hi, I think you can consider changing a monitor. Maybe you can try TFT LCD. I've used it before. It's really an excellent monitor
