Hello,

I can't seem to find the SOT89 component type in FP Expert. I would think this would be one of the standard types, as it is listed elsewhere in the documentation. All I see are selections for SOT-23, SOT-143, and SOT-223.

Am I just looking in the wrong place?

Thanks,
Chris

Standard Terminal Leads have pad stacks that are supported by a CAD tool.

The SOT89 pin 2 has an irregular shaped pad and requires a copper poly shape to create.

All the SOT89 footprint are here - http://www.pcblibraries.com/POD" rel="nofollow - www.pcblibraries.com/POD

They were manually created and added to our multi-million part database.
