I am having server connection error (13) with message "exception thrown processing license" in pop-up window.

The software works for 1st time but I am getting this error when I reopened it again.

Need help on this. Thanks.

What version are you using, the Pro?
Please download and use the latest Pro 2020.03 build - date stamped Jan 6, 2021.
We had several 2020.03 builds, and the earlier builds gave this error sometimes.

If you're using the Pro version, make sure to select a CAD format, then click "Save" -

Thanks Nick, it works after I selected a CAD format.
