We install Library Expert Enterprise 18 on a Windows 7 and a Windows 10 PC - no Errormessage
We install HASPUserSetup.exe 6.3.1.28367 on a Windows 7 and a Windows 10 PC - no Errormessage
 
On the Windows 7 PC then is a Service called Sentinal Local License Manager and Library Expert runs in licensed mode
 
On Windows 10 there is no service and the program runs only in Demo-Mode
 
When i try to install HASPUserSetup.exe 7.65.17125.60000, on the Windows 10 PC, there is a Errormessage:
 
Error when starting the Sentinel License Manager service with parameters 1168 1053 1.
This is an internal error. For assistance, contact your administrator or the software manufacturer.
Statur Code: 48 5 891 1053
 
what is wrong?

Antivirus or permissions-controlling software is interfering with the installation of the Sentinel Drivers. Please exit such program(s), install the drivers, and then you can restart the program(s).
