When you place Polarity Marking, it stays at the coordinates that you placed them at.

If you what to relocate them, Right Mouse Button (RMB) and select "Shapes".

Then select the Polarity Marker with Double Click or Single Click then RMB select Properties.

Then change the Positive "X" location value the Negative by adding a minus "-".

Then select Apply button to see if the Polarity Marker is where you want it. Adjust the X, Y coordinates accordingly.

Then select the Finish tab and the OK button to finalize the editing.

Then select the entire row of the FPX file if you want to overwrite the data in an existing row.

Or just select the "Add to Lib." button and enter a new row in your FPX file.
