Hello,
I tried to generate one test part for OrCAD PCB, but I got one folder with:
c115h75.psr
capprd500d1100h500.scr
capprd500d1100h500.txt
orcadpcbload.bat
s115h75.psr
 
And what is next ?

Run the BATCH (BAT) file. See http://www.pcblibraries.com/products/fpx/userguide/default.asp?ch=205" rel="nofollow - steps here to output to OrCAD PCB.
The Library Expert also outputs 3D STEP models, see http://www.pcblibraries.com/downloads/samples/3D%20STEP%20Sample%20Library.zip" rel="nofollow - sample parts here .
