Hello, 
 
Is there a way we can modify what comes out in the outputs for pads or Altium Designer, because right now all the mechanical layers that get exported are locked, is there a way to modify what goes on each layer? 
 
Also is there a way we could export the terminal outline layer to pads or Altium? it would be of great help if we could get a layer with that info exported.

The parts are built as is.
 
Once they're in the tool (PADS or Altium), you should be able to do anything you want to with them.
 
I'll take a look at exporting the terminal outline.
