If you get
the Terminal Service Detected message (see image below), you trying to remote
into the computer that has a license which does not support it. The Single User
License isn’t configured to allow this type of connection, only the Network
License does.
Solution: Run the Library Expert locally (without remote desktop), or contact us to upgrade to a Network Key. |
