I've got part that needs a footprint for a DO-216AA.  Is there a way to create this in Library Expert?  If not, is it common enough to add a way to do it?  Naming convention?

By the way, the part in question is: MBRM120LT3G

Absolutely you can in "FP Designer". We already created this footprint for several manufacturer's and they are on http://www.pcblibraries.com/pod" rel="nofollow - www.pcblibraries.com/pod

I should have been clearer.  I don't have "FP Designer" so I guess I was really wanting to know if there is a naming convention for this part.
Thanks.

The DO-216AA component package is not a "Standard Package" recognized by IPC because there are no variations. i.e.: this is a "one-of-a-kind" package and once you create the footprint in FP Designer it's finished.

The great thing about having FP Designer is access to Parts on Demand (POD) that allows you to download parts that you need and if you cannot find the part number you are looking for the website transitions to "Request a Part" and we build it for you (first come, first served, and based on availability), then email it directly to you and upload it to POD for everyone else to download.

Our mission is to build every footprint once, build it right, never build it again and share it with the electronics industry.
