TH Lead   What is that? the length of the lead

TH Lead Length is the length that a through hole lead extends beneath the origin, with a minimum of .1mm so that the model maintains its structure. So if you select 1mm, the leads will extend to -1mm in the vertical axis. Its done this way so that you can specify a board width(which might change), and be able to see the pins of the part poke out the opposite side.
