Version 2013.20 was just released!! FIXED / ENHANCED: - 3D STEP:
- Parts that have Removed or Hidden pins now works correctly
- The Translator will no longer clip the Land Pattern Name for environment should the user specify a Custom User Name. This will prevent the last part of the Footprint from being removed, should it end in L, N, M, USR or whatever value was entered for the footprint name suffix.
- Updated through-hole DIP
- Allegro/OrCAD PCB:
- Hole data to be swapped for a rotated slotted hole
- Naming for complex pads to remove possible collisions of similar parts with the same name. The naming is now, cmplx-<Length>-<Height>-<index>, where -<index> is optional and all periods in the string are replaced with a _. The first time a name is used, it won’t have an index. For every part after that with the same name while being different from all other parts of that same name, the index will increment by one and a new name will be generated. This should prevent any and all collisions, while not running up against the number of characters limitation.
NEW: - Changed “Import Part” icon text to “Add to Library”
- Added a new “File > Close” option dropdown to close the FPX library that’s open
