The update page for 2013.06 says: "Updated broken web-links in SM & BGA FPX files".

The installation folder:

C:\Program Files\PCB Libraries\FPX 2013\Libraries

contains only "Sample.....fpx" files though.

How are these fpx file updates delivered?

The updates to SM and BGA FPX are going to be on the "Customer Resource" web-page along with all kinds of great stuff for our customers. It's going to open this weekend.
 
Then they will be relocated to the "Parts on Demand" (POD) website in mid July where we will unleash thousands of new FPX files broken down by 240 component manufacturer's and their Logical part numbers.
 
But I think that the only way to get the updated SM and BGA FPX files today is email.
