Hello - I need to create a mounting hole for a pin that requires two PTH's, a smaller one within the pad of a larger one. I attempted to create a symbol using two padstacks and when I placed the second one I created a DRC error due to the overlapping of the two pads. Anyone have any suggestions for how to create this symbol? I've included a small section of the mfr dwg. to illustrate the issue. Thanks in advance for any help.

Notes 3 and 4 are missing. Maybe use 1 padstack and a fill for the other. Do you have a pic of it? Rick

Note 4 indicates that there is a pad on top and bottom of pcb but it doesn't give the size.  Note 3 indicates what the angle of rotation for location of the second hole.   I created a 10.02 pad with a 5.15 hole for the first padstack and made it a pin.  The second smaller hole I simply created a 2.55 diam hole and placed it accordingly.  That seemed to work.  Thanks for the response.
