How do you define/create countersink or counterbore NPTH padstacks? Do we have a design rule or standard like placing regular pads or anti-pads or keepouts?

Many PCB Design tools do not have a countersink hole in the pad stack.
You need to call this out in your Fabrication Drawing as a Flag or Note. |
