Dear Tom and Team,

I have been creating a new footprint for my TI TPS22917 and when I was going to save it on my library I realized that previously I created a footprint with the same name, WE 824015.

From your point of view are both footprints similar?

they have a difference on the pad but the name of the footprint is similar.

In both cases I used Footprint Expert 24.11. Attached you will find the components and data sheets.

Thanks for your comments.

Best regards,
David

The Mfr. Recommended Patterns are almost the same dimensions.

Download the parts from www.pcblibraries.com/POD ;

Texas Instruments - TPS22917DBVR

Wurth - 824015

The only difference is the "G" dimension is 0.10 difference.
