Hi All,
Does anyone have a chart or some type of consolidated list of the requirements for a CLASS 3 PCB Design? Thanks in advance! Bryan |

That's a big question. But it needs to be answered. I'm working on Class 3 Type 4 designs for a space project, but the notes all lead back to some IPC standard.

I've never heard of any IPC standard for routing.
Also, trace routing is not included in either the CID or CID+ study guides. |

Class 3 is mainly down to land/hole ratios and quality of the manufacturerd PCB, for full class 3 a test coupon(s) is tested from each panel forplating thickness etc.
