I have installed Library Expert Pro 2018.04 and the HASP Provisional SL Installer on a Windows 7 machine.

When I run the FPX_2018_Pro executable in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries\Library Expert Pro 2018" folder I get an error saying that the PCB Libraries Server is not found (uploads/13063/PCB_Libraries_Server_Error.jpg).

I have followed instructions from elsewhere that www.pcblibraries.com should be in the internet options exception list, but this makes no difference.

Further to this, when I click 'OK' the program exits and I get a .NET framework error (uploads/13063/PCB_Libraries_.NET_Framework_Error.jpg) containing this full text (uploads/13063/PCB_Libraries_Server_Error.txt).

Further information: I have run the License Maintenance Utility and it successfully detects the licence. The Sentinel Admin Control Center correctly has the licence information.

Can you please advise what I should do to get the software working correctly?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Regards,
David

The most likely issue is either there's no internet connection, or you are using a proxy server. The free Pro version requires an internet connection to maintain running ads. Alternatively, you can use the POD Builder version (also free), or upgrade to the Enterprise version. The differences between the versions may be found here: www.PCBLibraries.com/Products/Compare
