Hello,
I tried to generate a Step-Model for a SOJ Part with this settings:

And thats what I got as Step-Model:

Am I doing something wrong or is this an error in Library Expert?
I´m using Library Expert Pro 2018.07

Thank you,
Ronald

Edit: I just tired Version 2018.08 and got the same result.

There are several things that are wrong.
  1. The footprint is generated by the package dimensions and Tolerances and you did not insert the tolerances
  2. There is no such thing as a 0.50 mm Height SOJ package. The average Height is 3.55 - 3.79 mm
  3. There is no such thing as a 0.50 mm Pitch SOJ. SOJ is a 1.27 mm pitch part
  4. Your package may be a SOL package and you picked the wrong component family
  5. You did not post a URL link to the component datasheet, so there is little we can do to help you

The height is actually wrong, I must have mistyped it, when I did the screenshot.
But I get a similar result, when using the using the correct 1.2mm.

I only need the Step-Model, so I didn´t bother to type in the tolerances.

The SOL Packge doesn´t offer a 12 Pin Version.

That is a Small Outline L-Lead (SOL).

And the package Height is 1.20 mm (not 0.50 mm).

NOTE: only the Enterprise version is released in pre-release. If you're using the free version(s), this won't be available for another 2-3 weeks.
