Modified installation/folder structure - RECOMMENDED ACTIONS to eliminate redundant folders that will likely confuse you:
Back up any FPX files you have in the PCBL folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries)
Uninstall Library Expert
Delete PCBL folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\PCB Libraries)
Install 2013.09
Updated BGA FPX
 FIXED:
Component manufacturer recommended footprint for 2 pin parts
Formatting and saving the User and Default component preferences

	New 2013.09 build is posted - minor updates: Fixed the origin text error and a recent bug report in the default preference file.
