I have a bunch of dip parts that I copied from the TH.fpx.  I translated them to Eagle back in late February.  I was just checking the pad stacks in Eagle and I noticed that the solder mask on the bottom of the board for these parts does not show up on the bStop layer in Eagle with all layers turned on.

Is this a known problem?

This should be fixed if you translate them using the latest version.
