You need the V2013 "Footprint Designer" coming out this week.

I need to develop a footprint for an AMP Radsok part as AMP does not provide the footprints.  This is a large round high current connector.  It is mounted in a .289 hole with 16 via's in a circle around the hole.  There is no information on the pad size for the toe of the solder joint.  Does anybody have a footprint or information that you can share?
