1)  Eliminate the first occurrence of the DESCRIPTION line.  It will change the description of whatever package is open when the part script is executed.

2)  Change the DESCRIPTION per package to prepend the package name bracketed by the <h2></h2> tags.

3)  Change the DESCRIPTION per package to append the following string: <p><a href=http://www.pcblibraries.com><i>PCB Libraries Packages</i></a></p>

These last two suggestions give a nice representation within the description of each package as well as providing attribution to PCB Libraries for marketing purposes :-)
