The specified user at time of purchase is linked with the license and has access to download. Simply registering will not link you with any purchased license. Let's discuss the details offline and we'll get you set up.

All posted links to download Library Expert pro lead to a page "PCBL Member Downloads" requiring login. (same as for posting to this forum)

At this page only the viewer & lite version 2015-08 are offered as well as some some informative files.

But no link for the pro version or any pre-release.
Am i missing something ? Confused
