Line at 45

   We'd like the ability to rotate a line at a 45 degree angle.  For example, LED's utilize a 45 degree notch on the corner of the package to mark polarity.  We can add a line to the assembly top layer but cannot rotate it to 45 degrees (only 90 degree increments).
