Through Hole Lead Length in FPX File for 3D Step

   For the moment LE is not allowing user to store the Through hole lead length in FPX file.

Most of time we are interested in getting the actual lead length, Not predefined (2mm). Which can be changed during the Build of 3D step.

But lead length information is not stored in FPX. 

Each and every time user have been forced to enter the actual lead length while building the part.

Consider adding lead length in all through hole parts. This would be great feature to have in tool.
