In the installed options section, it will help prevent shared network license hogging if the user can specify that the Expert application always open with specific installed options selected, e.g., librarian only.

Under Installed Options, simply uncheck the "Checkout all available options" and only select the ones you want to automatically load on startup. The ones that are not checked off will not be checked out over the network, and just show "Available": |

Nick,
Everyone seems to have trouble understanding this request. I am asking for the option to have librarian-only checked when the program starts regardless of how the user left it at their last use. Otherwise, if they had a bunch or all of the available options checked out last time, they will be again when they start next time. They will be hogging the licenses, and maybe not realizing it, even though they are not ready to build anything yet. If that is incorrect, let me know and then delete the request.

The way the software was written makes it unpractical to set it up that way. I imagine it may lead to more support issues as people open the software and see that the licenses are not there. We will let this idea simmer a while, perhaps we can come up with a creative and/or more efficient methods that would cause the least disruption. |

If this feature is optional, say as an extra tab in 'installed options', there should be no confusion provided the option is properly explained in that tab.
