Hi.

Is the value for E2 supposed to be the NOM dimension for the center of the contact surface on the lead/pin?  I am using this land pattern, not for an oscillator, but for an LED that has "L" leads ( http://www.cree.com/~/media/Files/Cree/LED%20Components%20and%20Modules/HB/Data%20Sheets/CLP6CFKB%28933%29.pdf" rel="nofollow - http://www.cree.com/~/media/Files/Cree/LED%20Components%20and%20Modules/HB/Data%20Sheets/CLP6CFKB%28933%29.pdf - see sheet 7).  It is not entirely clear if this is for the body or leads.

Kory

Yes, the red * (required entry) is located in the "Nominal" column.
