FIXED:

  • All Thermal Pads rotated 90°
  • No Pads on Assembly “Outline” mode
  • Local Fiducials on all BGA’s (not adhering to the rules)
  • PLCC Error resolved
  • Hidden Pins Error resolved
  • Various CAD interface bugs
  • Ultiboard: fixed an issue that prevented the name from becoming an attribute
