FIXED:

• Assembly outline changing when silkscreen outline mapping was changed
• Axial Lead – Tools > Regenerate Library > Name & Description
• Flange Mount (TO-220) Vertical – updated GUI text that said “Enter at least 2 of the 3 items” to “Optional Dimension”
• Flange Mount (TO-220) Vertical – updated the silkscreen outline polarity marker
• Pin Grid Array (PGA) – not loading correctly from FPX with pin number method (which also caused the unit conversion problem)
• Batch Create – added paste and solder mask controls and relocated environment control dropdown to the top of dialog box
• PADS – Rotated parts throwing an Auto-import error
• Expedition – added an extra Kill Call for Library Manager just after it gets done importing
