No matter how many decimal places I set in options it rounds the value to two decimal places and does that incorrectly.  .736 becomes .75 ???

For example I need a .736 hole with a 1.117 pad. The software creates a C112h75 padstack and the hole is .75 and the pad is 1.12.

Try adjusting the values in "Tools > Options > Terminals > Through-hole
