Hi ..

Can you give me the rules that are applied for the zero rotation of a component when their footprint is created in PCB Libraries Expert?

V2021 Footprint Expert uses IEC 61188-7 Zero Component Orientation for Pin 1 location.

IEC 61188-7 is the world standard -  https://www.iec.ch/publications/international-standards" rel="nofollow - International Standards | IEC

Here is a comparison PDF file with other standards -  uploads/3/Zero_Component_Orientation_for_IPC-IEC-EIA-VPL.zip" rel="nofollow - uploads/3/Zero_Component_Orientation_for_IPC-IEC-EIA-VPL.zip
