Just trying to create the footprint for this "exemplar " :https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/package-information/SOT1429-1.pdf" rel="nofollow - https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/package-information/SOT1429-1.pdf I don't know how it will be soldered. Will the leads bended or not? What is the pad length should be? I think Pad Length = (He - E3)/2 + Toe + Heel Any ideas or recommendations for this type of package? |

That's a big heat sink package. If you're purchasing this part from NXP, you should ask them for their mfr. recommended solder pattern.
