If drives/folders (specifically networked drives) show up in Windows Explorer, but do not show up in the Library Expert, see below.

The Q&D solution they came up with was to run the program as "run as administrator" to get the mapped network drives to show.

You can also try (back up registry, use at your own risk!) this, it's been reported to work:

1 - run regedit
2. - locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/System
3 - create a new DWORD entry with the name EnableLinkedConnections and value 1.
4 - restart your computer
5 - now you can see and use network drives with these installers or applications.

They specifically referenced Windows 8, which was current at the time, but they also reference that it works on Windows 10.
