Mounting hole footprint generated by PCBLE (2017.14) has a pad on Paste Mask Top layer.

I have no idea for what reason such a feature would be needed. Maybe it is a bug? Did someone earlier used mounting holes footprints from PCBLE?

This type of footprint cannot be moved from Calculator to FP Designer for editing, so now I'm removing this pad in my CAD program.
