Subject: POD Only Searches One Time??

When I use the LE Pro "Free Parts" tool it will start POD as a new tab on my FireFox browser as expected.

I can then successfully search for a part - but only one time.

If I go back to the POD tab and modify the search parameters it never responds to the search button again.

I have to start over in LE Pro to initiate a new POD search. This does not seem right.

How can this be fixed?

Thanks - appreciate your help.

We're looking into this. For now, if you select the "Search" button on the POD results page, it will take you back and the button is not disabled.

It looks like the issue your reported is resolved.
Can you please check and confirm?

That works as expected. Now I can search all day and still not find parts!

Your quick response is much appreciated - thanks.

Can you please send me the mfr. name and part numbers that you cannot locate on POD.

There are several features you can use.
  1. Do a partial part number search
  2. Do a Case Code search
The FPX file contains the component dimensions and that is referenced to the Case Code.

All you really want is the component dimensions or the mfr. recommended pattern.

If you send me the mfr. name and part number and maybe even the datasheet link, I will tell you how to improve your hit ratio.

I'll contact you offline.
