Hello,
 
I'm from Germany and we purchased Library Expert Pro, but I have a problem.
 
I cannot access the POD. A normal logIn with the given account is not possible.

I think, its because of the wrong syntax of the given password (No capital letters used).
... so I made a new account; but I still have no credits ;-(.

Am I holding it wrong Wink

If you registered a secondary accounts it will not automatically get access to a purchased license. Any account associated with the latest release of the Library Expert Pro gets free access to the POD database - no POD Credits are given (they must be purchased). POD Credits are purchased for new part requests, otherwise any of the 1 million+ parts on POD are free to LE Pro users.
