Hello,

When I understand the documents I could download from your side and the IPC-7351B correct, then the Pad Size for a BGA with a 0.6 mm Ball should be 0.45mm. But the library expert make the Pads 0.5 mm. I think this is a bug.

Or did I oversee something?

Thanks
Robert

It is very important to note that IPC-7351 prefers the Maximum Material Condition for all BGA Land sizes; they do not use the Nominal Land Diameter, but do use the Maximum Land Variation Diameter (notice the Bold numbers in the Red box in the Chart “Land Variation” column).
