Use the Through-hole > Flange Mount (TO-220) > Horizontal or Vertical. There is one in the TH FPX file called - TO254P1590X1040X460-3 You can download the SM, TH and BGA FPX files that have over 5,000 Case Codes here - http://www.pcblibraries.com/account/user/memberdownloads.asp" rel="nofollow - http://www.pcblibraries.com/account/user/memberdownloads.asp You can also download the V2015.06 pre-release with the new 2015 Contour Courtyards for every component family.

Thanks for your reply. I use TH FPX library
but, there are difference between 3d-Model for "TO254P1590X1040X460-3"
and TO-220AB Insulated Package " http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/csd19501kcs.pdf" rel="nofollow - Library Expert Pro 2015.06. |
