I have come across a device that has a package option called Chip Scale.  I obviously cannot build this using Library Expert, but is there a suggestion for a naming convention for these type of footprints?

Here is a link to the part in question.

This "Chip Scale" part (as the mfr's call them) has to be built in the FP Designer and it's just a BGA.
