I have Eagle Ver. 5.1 . Will the Eagle version of PCB Library work?

Eagle has a new version 6, Hopefully I wouldn't have to purchase (I wouldn't) the new version.

You can always install the "LE Lite" or the "Full Professional 90-day trial" version for free and test it out.
 
I'm sure that Eagle Library format has not changed over the years.
