When I try to download all I get is a 300 byte .asp file telling me to refresh the 'accept' page and re-download. doing so only gets me the same .asp file.

I have registered, been confirmed and logged in, and am using the latest Firefox browser and Win XP
with SP3.

Do you select "Open with..." or "Save File"? If you use "Open with..." what program do you select?

I had tried all of the above without success.
clicking the accept on the EULA only downloaded the message I referred to.

However I just noticed the 'trouble downloading' link and managed to get the zip file which I have unzipped and installed installed ......

One item I immediately looked for was female vertical header (socket) - through hole .....I couldn't find one!

There are RT angle male and female, but only a vertical male......

Is there a reason for this omission?

It’s the same as the male.
Note the dotted lines around the pins:

In the Vertical Header there is a drop-down "Body Style" for Shrouded and Non-Shrouded

The Shrouded version could be Female (Receptacle) or Male (Plug).

I don't have any problem downloading, I have done it 5 times now.

I can't open the file with any un-zipper.

Even when I repair it it gives me an error and an empty folder.

Any one got any ideas? Confused

Thanks

I verified the file that is posted online is complete and can be easily decompressed with the standard Windows unzip function; the problem must be that the file is getting corrupted in the download process. What browser are you using and do you have any firewall and/or security filters that may be stripping it?

Well, about the tenth try I got it.

Now I am unable to download completely the blazeRouter 101 and 102 files.

I am using Firefox and it will download 75meg then quits. I have done this 6 times now, guess
I'll try later when the server is not so busy.

Thanks for the reply

David

I have had several complaints about download issues, but so far have been unable to replicate the problem on my end. Whatever the issue is, it seems intermittent and very difficult to pin down. We have had many thousands of downloads; for the vast majority of them, they look successful.

I've now narrowed this down to a potential connection issue... Please:

  1. Click "Start"
  2. Type "CMD"   press [ENTER]
  3. Type "tracert 75.103.118.4"
  4. Give it 1-2 minutes to run, until you see "Trace complete."
  5. Right-Click, "Select All"
  6. http://www.pcblibraries.com/contactus" rel="nofollow - Contact us and paste the results of the trace so I can see the connections that seem to be problematic.

The ISP has been put on alert of the timeout of their server - has this issue been fixed for you yet?

Please try again -- Hawk44, I'm particularly interested if this resolved he D/L issue for the large files you're trying to get...
Although I still cannot replicate the download problem on my end, I'm pretty confident the issue is now finally resolved. If the download doesn't work for you via the "Accept" button, please select the ("trouble downloading") link below the button:

Thanks to Nick and everyone who helped with my problem.

I didn't see it before or pay attention but clicking on the "trouble downloading" link fixed it.

Got both downloads and learned something, good combo.

You're welcome. That link was there on and off as I was refining the streaming method. It's very clunky now but it works safely even through servers with unusually high latency, but in the coming weeks I'm hoping to streamline it and make it the primary method of downloading.

Thanks for your patience on an issue I still cannot replicate on my end!
