PADS Layout Decal / Part Type Name

There was talk about allowing the Decal Name and Part Type Name to be in the library spreadsheet and use those to create decals and parts in PADS Layout. 

Has that been implemented ?

Also, is it possible to do the same thing in Allegro?

	Not at this time, but maybe in the future in the V2016 release.
