This document provides Polarity Marking Silkscreen reference to help prevent inverting polarized component packages during the assembly machine setup or manual solder process.

Hello Nick,

Thanks a lot for the "Polarity Marking Silkscreen Legend" documentation!
I noticed that you write below the 3 Gull Wing Terminal picture, that the gap marking symbol/solder mask should be 0.75mm and on the next page, regarding the sample 0.50mm pitch SOP, the gap legend/solder mask should be 0.075mm...?...
Is that OK or did I misunderstood something?

The Silkscreen Legend and Polarity Marking to Solder Mask gap minimum is 3 mils or 0.075 mm.
